Human Centered Design Workshop

I facilitated an in-person human-centered design workshop at Platform One headquarters in San Antonio. The goal was to introduce HCD principles, align teams around user needs, and apply those ideas directly to their existing products.

My Role

  • Facilitated an onsite workshop with cross-functional teams

  • Briefed leadership on the value and importance of human-centered design

  • Planned and guided hands-on exercises

  • Helped translate discussions into actionable takeaways
