Human-Centered Design Workshops

I’ve facilitated and contributed to Human-Centered Design (HCD) workshops focused on improving user experiences within complex technical and operational environments. These sessions emphasized empathy, collaboration, and problem-solving by bringing together stakeholders, engineers, and users to better understand workflows, challenges, and mission needs.

The Goal

The workshops were designed to:

  • better understand user behaviors and pain points

  • identify workflow inefficiencies

  • encourage cross-functional collaboration

  • align teams around user-centered solutions

  • explore opportunities for improving usability and communication
