Platform One supports a wide range of users, teams, and mission needs across highly technical environments. As part of ongoing UX and design efforts, I contributed to improving user experience, branding consistency, communication clarity, and onboarding experiences across the ecosystem.



The Challenge

Platform One’s ecosystem included:

  • highly technical terminology

  • fragmented user experiences

  • inconsistent branding between value streams

  • onboarding friction for new users

  • communication gaps between technical teams and customers

The challenge was finding ways to make information more approachable, cohesive, and user-centered without oversimplifying technical complexity.
